Nichol
Tom has over 45 years of diverse, global business experience including 30 years as President of the leading global supplier of specialty metal products to multiple industries including aerospace, oil and gas, power generation, pharmaceutical, and food processing.

Tom’s successful implementation of growth business plans has depended on pragmatic, visionary plans but most importantly on the selection, training, organization, and motivation of key team members.
Team building, mentoring, and work ethic have always been his business mantra. Proactive marketing, branding, networking, and the development of company culture have been trademarks of Tom’s career.
Courtney Nichol
Courtney is fortunate to have lived in multiple regions of the U.S. and traveled extensively across five continents.
Her educational achievements and work experiences go hand in hand with her commitment to voluntarism; in particular, mentoring high school students, fundraising for cancer research and development, and various non-profit work that improves the life outcomes of women and children.
Courtney’s passion and skill for networking, communication, inclusion, and team building, place her in a unique position to understand the cultural and diversity issues facing businesses and schools today.
